Rami Malek ganhou o prêmio de melhor ator pela sua performance de Freddie Mercury em ´Bohemian Rhapsody´.
No último domingo, dia 6 de janeiro, aconteceu a 76º cerimônia de entrega dos prêmios do Golden Globe 2019, em Beverly Hills, dando início à temporada dos prêmios do cinema e da televisão. A premiação é um das mais importantes da indústria cinematográfica, ficando atrás somente do Oscar. A exibição foi comandada pelos atores Andy Samberg e Sandra Oh e foi transmitido pelo canal aberto NBC.
Os escolhidos são feitos pela Hollywood Foreign Press com destaques para o cinema e televisão. O longa Green Book liderou a premiação, com três prêmios, incluindo Melhor Filme – Musical ou Comédia. O ator Rami Malek recebeu o prêmio de Melhor Ator – Drama pela sua perfomance em Bohemian Rhapsody, o longa sobre a famosa banda Queen.
Já nas categorias de TV, os destques foram para American Crime Story: The Assassination of Gianni Versace, The Americans e The Kominsky Method.
